The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting and assisting the Director of Sales in achieving daily activity and census expectations of the community through handling inquiries in a timely manner, scheduling tours, converting prospects into depositors, reservations, and move ins. Great organizational skills and the ability to keep up-to-date records of all sales communication in Salesforce, and other sales activities. Some weekend coverage will be required.

While it would be a plus to have a background in senior housing it is not necessary for the right person Who is the right person? The right person for us can be a sales professional who might be an experienced realtor, luxury rental specialist in the apartment or hotel industry and of course senior housing.
